Nothing moves without us

We believe that warehouse workers themselves must lead the fight for change in this industry. While policy makers, advocates, legal experts and regulators have important roles to play, ultimately only warehouse workers themselves have the power to take action to hold retailers accountable for supply chain conditions. For this reason WWJ works to develop leaders among warehouse workers and communities.  We hold ongoing beginning and advanced training programs on:

  • Health and Safety
  • Organizing to enforce Workplace Rights
  • Your Legal Rights in the Workplace
  • Stopping Sexual Harrassment
  • Criminal Background Checks: Know Your Rights
  • Communicating our Story to the Public
  • Understanding the Global Supply Chain
  • And More…
